Sally Ellis

Sally has lived and worked in Norfolk all of her life, currently in the Broads, which is providing ample inspiration for her work. She is a self-taught artist and paints most days in a summer house in the garden of her 400 year old thatched cottage. Her subjects range from landscapes and seascapes to intricate dog portraits in miniature. She likes to experiment with a range of painting materials and surfaces.

When not painting Sally enjoys gardening, walking and travelling. Her work can be seen at Norfolk Open Studios exhibitions held in May each year and also at local exhibitions.
